Employment Social Enterprise Program

We’re proud to offer services designed to support English Language Learners pursuing careers in Early Childhood Education. As a part of our commitment to strengthen the ECE workforce, we provide targeted support to help you launch your career in early childhood education.

PACE Employment has partnered with TEACH-LA to help people pursue careers in education through the Employment Social Enterprise Program (ESE).

The program provides paid, hands-on work experience and on-the-job training, helping aspiring educators build the skills and confidence needed to secure employment. Participants also receive support with certifications, college coursework, career guidance, and transportation.
